This is a character turnaround I did for a friend's webcomic idea.

This was an assignment for a design class. We chose a favorite movie, chose a genre out of a hat, and reimagined the title sequence. My movie was Raiders of the Lost Ark and I drew "western" as my genre. This was a lot of fun!

Another design class assignment. We were to create a HUD and GUI for a game environment. We were provided two background images. The outdoor environment was for placement of the HUD. The ops center had various screens and a holo table for us to fill in GUI interfaces

A few logos I've created over the past few years. The one at the upper left is a combination of my wife's and my last initial. This was for our wedding. The bottom right is for my freelance cartooning and guitar-building business.

This was one of our first assignments in my Cinema 4D class. We had to create a generic robot. Since I'd have some experience with 3D Studio Max a few years before I was able to jump in with both feet. I call this cybergal Kathy Killbot.

A samurai Orc. Principles and a fast swordarm! I created this fellow as painting practice in Photoshop.

A personal practice illustration. I practiced adding "grunge" to my illustration as well as type choice and placement.

This is my 149th cigar box guitar build. This one is a ukulele, strung low-G, with a design I created using my wood-burning iron.

Cartoon pin-ups are one of the most fun types of artwork I do. This was a personal project for an imaginary military t-shirt.

This is a steampunk-styled blaster I made out of some things I bought at a big-box hardware store. It is made of wood, steel, brass, and copper, as a steampunk prop should be.
